  • We will not take any risks for lives or property that are already lost.

Steps

  1. STOP

    Stop what you are doing and consider the risks ahead

  2. THINK

    What does it take to do this task safely? Can risks be minimised? Is the team trained or experienced? What eqipment is needed? Do we need help?

  3. ACT

    Put Safey measures in place and act within your experience and resources.

  4. REVIEW

    As the task progresses, continue to review and reassess the risk
